During the course, you’ll also learn how the lasers interact with tissue, the proper settings and safety measures to use while handling the lasers, codes for billing that reflect the services performed, and more. You’ll also become certified in the use of the soft tissue diode laser following the completion of a didactic and clinical training program.

Lessons will be taught using a variety of materials and best practices. These include a course handout, instruction on stripping and cleaving the fiber, hands-on clinical application of bacterial reduction, learning how to set up the lasers, plus a final test and self-assessment at the end.
